There’s no faulty wiring at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), which remains number one in the world for Electrical and Electronic Engineering. MIT has come top of every single Electrical and Electronic Engineering subject ranking since the first one in 2013.
Elsewhere in the table, Tsinghua University in China has shot up the table to seventh place and is in fact the only university in the top ten that wasn’t there last year. China is well-represented overall, with 30 institutions featuring on this year’s list.
